Will scan and index records, in large volume, pulling from paper and microfiche. They will also need to be able to lift Archive Boxes ( when full they can weigh 40-50 lbs. as we are doing year end purging, as well as an annual inventory of the boxes of records in our records center.

May also do other types of electronic records filing and cleanup work for us on our files.

Records inventory
scanning of documents and filing
shredding
Mail Delivery
word processing, excel (preparing correspondence, Powerpoint)

Minimum Requirements:
experience filing/scanning possibly in a records management setting
Experience with MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint (intermediate skill or better)
Must be able to lift boxes of records (35 to 50 pounds)

Must be vaccinated and able to show proof.

Location: Lynnwood
Duration: 3 months or longer.
Time: 8 AM - 5 PM
30 to 40 hours a week.
Rate: $18.56 per hour
