Administrative Specialist II

Assist with recruiting efforts to include, but not limited to: Printing, creating and maintaining materials, note-taking at all meetings about recruitment, creating and maintaining materials for interviews and recruitment, reporting, administer reference checks for new candidates, filing, spiral binding, editing, reference checking and support all things associated with the trainees. Support HR with miscellaneous duties as needed.

Qualifications: 
  • Advanced MS Excel user 
  • Able to create data tables that would be used to populate dashboards.
  • Self-Sufficient
  • Normal Suite User (other than Excel)
  • Speak/Read/Write English
  • Accurate data entry skills
Experience supporting large work teams in a fast-paced environment. Able to prioritize and complete task with little supervision.

Functions:
Creating new complex Excel spreadsheets, utilizing existing complex spreadsheets for reporting purposes.

Filing, printing, assembling, data entry and data maintenance, some lifting of boxes  of materials. This is a support role, so duties will change as needed.

Duration: 6 Months
Location: Everett
Pay rate: $18.50 per hour
