Software development engineer resource to fill the development role on the client's Visitor Management project.  On this project, the developer will implement an application that will allow visitors  to use their driver’s license as a credential to automatically enter and leave the area.  It is expected that the developed solution will include web applications, a database, and interfaces to both the driver’s license scanners and the system that controls the physical gate arms.  It is expected that the solution will be implemented with C# with .Net version 4.5.2.  It is expected that the interface to the system that controls the physical gate arms will be done using a published XML-RPC API.

·         This resource must have extensive experience using C# to build web applications, interfacing with other systems via APIs, and creating database objects in SQL Server.  The resource is expected to be the only formal developer assigned to the project, and so would be the de-facto Development and Technical Lead.  The resource must be able to assess progress, risks, and issues.
·         This resource must have experience with Visual Studio and Microsoft Team Foundation Server. 
·         It is preferred that this resource have experience with writing C#.Net code for testing automation.  Experience using Selenium WebDriver via C# is preferred, but is not required.
·         This resource must have experience with SCRUM.  Previous experience as a SCRUM Master would be preferred, but is not required.
·         This resource must have exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal).  It is likely there will be a significant amount of direct interaction with business users. 
·         The resource is expected to have at least 7 years of experience in Software Development.
Experience with the following technologies is preferred:  C#, Entity Framework 6, Microsoft SQL 2012, Team Foundation Server 2013 (work items, planning, source control builds), MVC5, IIS8/Web Deploy, Telerik, SpecFlow, Selenium Web Driver.
Duration: 6-8 Months
Location: Downtown Seattle (Primary site)  and some work at SeaTac (on-site)
