Receptionist / Administrative Specialist I

Duties/Responsibilities: 
- Greeting and directing guests;
- Receiving incoming calls and routing calls to appropriate staff members;
- Mail (US & Interoffice) Services, including direct deposit and payroll distribution;
- Sending/receiving faxes;
- Sorting and date-stamping US mail, checks and A/P invoices; maintain check log;
- Receiving and logging in/out deliveries; notifying building management of general maintenance problems (lights out, room temperature adjustments, etc.);
- Parking validation.
 
Minimum Requirements: 
- Customer Service, telephone etiquette, MS Word and MS Excel basic skills

Rate: $17.79 per hour
Hours: 21.5 Hours per week
Duration: 30 days
