Desktop Support

Location: Lynnwood, Washington

The Desktop Support position duties are as follows:

A. Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain computers, printers, and related equipment in working order as directed by the Port specified processes, to meet or exceed manufacturer’s specifications.

B. Provide on-site and phone support to employees and other client personnel on the Desktop equipment.

C. Schedule, coordinate, and execute Desktop preventative maintenance of computers and printers, and related equipment.

D. Keep accurate records of all Desktop work performed including managing incidents in ticketing system.

E. Level 1and 2 of Desktop support via phone, remote connection, or on-site with the user.
F. All other duties as assigned by the Client Services Manager. 

The position requirements include:

A. Windows XP , Vista,  Windows 7 or A+ certification required.
