Administrative Specialist I / Receptionist / Accounts Payable

Candidate will fill in and help out with client's receptionist duties and other office duties as required.
Primary role would be working with budget team, filling in client's  Budget Administrative Assistant who is on extended leave.   The person would need to be very proficient in Microsoft Excel.  The job would involve ordering and purchasing items for the client, creating and processing repair and other service orders, paying and processing invoices and receipts, and tracking purchasing and payment activity in Excel spreadsheets. 

Duration: 4-6 weeks
Hours: 20 hours per week  
Schedule: 8 AM to 12:00 PM
Location: Downtown Seattle
Rate: $18.15 per hour
