SUMMARY
 Work the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday; 
This position provides support to the  Director with a wide range of administrative, technical/clerical and customer service support functions. Looking for someone who has:

*         Demonstrated professional experience in increasingly responsible administrative/secretarial roles which include primary administrative support to an executive level position.

*         Ability to work effectively in high demand, fast paced, complex work environment

*         Ability to make drafted documents more concise and clear while ensuring proper grammar, punctuation, and diplomacy

*         High level of professionalism, confidentiality and good judgement

*         High level proficiency using MS Office Suite for daily use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

*         Excellent organization skills for maintaining computerized and manual record-keeping systems, and complex coordinating of schedules

*         Ability to prioritize workload, work efficiently and calmly under pressure with tight turnaround times

*         Ability to work independently on assigned tasks with minimal guidance
The selected candidate must be capable of performing the following job duties:
*         Maintain the schedule for  Director and Deputy Director. Manage heavy calendaring and logistics. Coordinate arrangements and activities that require extensive contacts within and outside the Division. Assist with schedule priorities and creatively and adeptly resolve appointment conflicts on ever-changing calendars.
*         Schedule travel arrangements and prepare required county and membership documentation; coordinate all aspects of travel ie: ground transportation, meeting agendas, calendaring appointments during travel, being mindful of time differences...etc
*         Provide meeting administrative support: note taking and drafting minutes, providing agendas and supplying materials as needed.
*         Prepare, format, proofread, and edit a variety of materials including PowerPoint Presentations and other professional documents
*         Manage the Division inbox, direct external inquiries appropriately
*         Answer the Airport Director's incoming telephone calls as requested. Respond to questions, take messages, screen, and route or refer calls as appropriate.
*         Other duties requested as part of office administration.

Duration: 4-8 weeks
Schedule: 40 hours per week
Pay: $19.96 per hour
