Assist in developing and managing master project plans and individual project schedules for client project portfolio

Create business and technical requirements for client software solutions based on analysis of future state processes, feasibility studies, customer surveys, and SME input. Business requirement documentation will serve as a basis for creating and evaluating requests for proposal for new client solutions.

Create and manage interim tools and templates to improve operational efficiency using existing and available systems and technology.

Assist with implementing customer survey and analyzing results.
