Duties: Review encounters; data entry into electronic systems; verification of data quality; scheduling; paper filing; electronic filing; general administrative duties; records management; greet clients; copying; mailing; assist Administrator II; mail distribution; client scheduling; prepare letters for mailing; educational material hand-out packet development; and other duties as assigned
o Creating and editing documents in Microsoft Office programs
