• Timely data entry of customer applications.
• Update customer electronic records to reflect the status of various services provided.
• Filing, printing, scanning, and preparing customer mailing packets.
• Customer phone support, including checking and distributing voicemail messages.
• Open, date stamp, process, and route received customer mail.
Ideal candidate will have accurate data entry skills and experience in transportation, working with vulnerable populations or social services background.
Note: Heavy data entry so have to be fast and accurate.
