Administrative Specialist I (Part-time)

Brief Job Description:
Provides general administrative support; compiles data for a variety of department reports; organizes and maintains records and files; prepares, publishes, and distributes reports and other publications; mail distribution; assists with planning department events; purchases supplies and maintains supply inventory; maintains office equipment and copy room.

Qualifications and experience desired:
Knowledge of general office procedures; Demonstrated skill in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Publisher; Ability to plan and prioritize daily work activities; knowledge of computers and associated equipment (printers, copiers, binding machines); Ability to type 50 wpm

Projects and functions to be performed:
Filing, publishing department reports, data entry for department reports, supply purchasing/inventory, mail distribution.

Location: Everett
Duration:  2 to 3 months
Hours per week: 30 hours (6 per day)
Pay: $16.25 per hour
