Essential duties:
50% word processing
30% calendaring
20% assisting with press releases
-Work with activation staff to create a schedule template in P6 using the provided Excel template.
This schedule template will then be replecated for all projects and linked together surlting a tool that can be utilized as an input to decision making.
Develop and upate Sharpoint lists including identified metadata fields for the provided information.
These lists will be tracked, managed, and maintained by the activation team and will be required to have analytics derived from the metadata input by the team.
Minimum requirements
-Experience building schedules in P6 that include importing a template from Excel, applying logic resource loading.
-Advanced SharePoint experience creating lists, libraries, trackers, and dashboard using PowerBI
-Self-led, self-direction, and motivated. Jumps in to assist even when not asked if they think can contribute to the task/work at hand.
-Desired experience with transit operations or transit construction

Pay: $32.75 per hour
