- Work with staff to prepare agendas and support meetings by taking notes and drafting meeting summaries to sent out
- Under guidance from staff, schedule meetings, prepare documents, draft memos and assist with special projects.
- Keep task lists updated and reflect current statuses for various areas of the office on SharePoint
- Maintain and update SharePoint as needed
- Work with staff review documents, records, and presentations to provide comments and feedback on behalf of the office.
Experience with SharePoint, project management and administrative support
Self-led, self-direction, and motivated. Jumps in to assist even when not asked if they think they can contribute to the task/work at hand.
