Administrative Assistant I A2

  • Work with staff to prepare agendas and support meetings by taking notes and drafting meeting summaries to sent out
  • Under guidance from staff, schedule meetings, prepare documents, draft memos and assist with special projects.
  • Keep task lists updated and reflect current statuses for various areas of the office on SharePoint
  • Maintain and update SharePoint as needed
  • Work with staff review documents, records, and presentations to provide comments  and feedback on behalf of the office.

Minimum requirements:
Experience with SharePoint, project management and administrative support
Self-led, self-direction, and motivated. Jumps in to assist even when not asked if they think they can contribute to the task/work at hand.


Duration: 7 months
Location: Downtown Seattle
Pay: $29.09
