Maintains training and personnel files, responds to phone calls and in person questions, coordinates training events (scheduling, setting up, etc). Performs Data Entry.
Qualifications and experience desired:
Skill in communication and interpersonal relations as applied to interaction with coworkers, supervisors and the general public.
Proficient in Microsoft office suite of products (primarily Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Demonstrated skill in multi-tasking and adapting to changing priorities.
Demonstrated skill in interpersonal interactions and ability to stay calm and professional.
Assist H.R. and Training with filing.
Answer phone and walk in questions or direct to others in the department.
Schedule candidates for interviews, interact with them during their visit
Track and document candidate and/or employee information
Schedule, coordinate room and refreshment set up as needed
Coordinate meetings and take meeting notes
Other administrative duties as needed.

Hours: 40 per week
Pay: $19 per hour
