Customer Service (Covid vaccination site)

Greet and assist vaccination recipients at Covid vaccination site.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients/families as they enter the building.
Ensure that anyone entering the facility is properly masked (with their nose and mouth covered), and distribute a mask to those not wearing one.
Reporting to the Testing Site Operational Lead
Administer documents, answer questions, and make sure to disseminate information appropriately
Problem-solve in a timely manner and escalate issues to other team members as appropriate
Communicate with patients in a welcoming and empathetic manner
Support site-level efforts to maintain a positive patient experience 
Enter patient data
Scheduling

Qualifications
Candidate must be reliable for independent work, be able to lead change as part of a collaborative team.
Healthcare experience or previous medical data entry preferred but not required.
Must be able to stand for long periods of time
Able to lift 20 lbs.

Ability to develop and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships with a variety of individuals, groups, and organizations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy, transparency and accountability in all work
Keen attention to detail, flexibility and an enthusiastic work ethic

Education:
AA or Bachelor's degree preferred

Personal Protection gear provided


Hours: 8 to 6 PM (10 hour shifts)
Schedule: Full time/40 hours per week
Monday through Saturday.
Duration: Minimum 6 weeks
Pay: $19.90
Location: Kent
