Seasoned Service Desk / Desktop Technician with VERY strong customer service and communication skills.  Must be detail-oriented and willing/able to follow established processes and procedures. This position will be involved in the following activities: 

1.  Primary purpose will be Service Desk support in conjunction with a large effort to retrofit individual workspaces with conferencing capabilities.  We have a mix of virtual desktops (85%) and physical desktops (15%), working in a Windows network environment.  We support all operational aspects of end user technology (including applications), as well as several infrastructure components.  

2.  Laptop imaging and deployment:  end to end, including working directly with end-users to migrate settings, install custom applications and ensure laptop is fully functional. 

3.  Other desktop / service-side support needs as they arise.

Qualifications and experience desired: 
  • Experience working in a Service Desk environment to address and resolve end user software and hardware issues.  

  • Experience building out (imaging) and deploying laptops. 

  • Experience working with Windows 10,  Microsoft Office 365 technologies and Windows networking in a complex, fast-paced multi-user environment.   


    Projects and functions to be performed: 
    Senior level desktop / Service Desk technician assignments as described above.


Location: Everett
Duration: 2 to 3 months(potentially longer)
Rate: $28 per hour
