Qualifications and experience desired:
Skill in communication and interpersonal relations as applied to interaction with coworkers, supervisors and the general public.
Grammar, punctuation, spelling.
Time management, including priority setting and resetting.
General office practices, correspondence and filing.
Communication in English, in writing or verbally.
Attention to detail to identify and correct errors.
Microsoft Office products.
Setting and resetting priorities.
Working with teams.
Persevering in difficult situations with tact and diplomacy.
Responding with flexibility to changing priorities.
Working well independently and in teams.
Providing good customer service.
Valid WA state drivers license with good driving record.
Projects and functions to be performed:
Assist Finance Division with filing.
Route, track & file contracts.
Assist records manager with document retention.
Special projects as assigned.
Sorts agency mail.
Maintains agency phone list.
Updates agency organizational charts.
Processes agency checks for finance.
Backup to mail run distribution and post office runs.
Duration: 4 months
Pay: $16 per hour
