Executive Administrative Assistant I

Executive Administrative Assistant to fill in a role for maybe 2-3 months, until we can find a permanent replacement. Details are below:

Essential duties (i.e. 50% word processing, 30% calendaring; 20% assisting with press releases):
Comprehensive administrative duties in support of the CIO and 2 Deputy Exec Directors in IT:

*        Manage complex calendars, schedules and meeting requests

*        Plan key department events and meeting; coordinate agenda, assemble and finalize ppts

*        Document meeting minutes and key take-aways and actions

*        Manage items needing CIO approval and facilitate timely completion
Support coordination of hiring & onboarding processes, space planning and org chart updates for IT dept

Minimum requirements (i.e. education, experience and/equivalency):

*        Operates at the highest level of administrative support and technical skills

*        Advanced MS Office suite experience, in particular Outlook, PPT, Teams, Excel, Word SharePoint

*        Attention to details and strong organization skills

*        Strong listening and communications skills

*        Demonstrates follow through and ability to get tasks done

Special requirements:

*        Ability to manage confidentiality

*        Expertise managing complex, executive level calendars

Location: Downtown Seattle
Duration: 2 to 3 months( till position is filled)
Pay:$29.09 per hour
shift: 8 AM to 5 PM Monday through Friday
(Work is remote for most of the assignment)
Must be vaccinated
