Transit Asset Administrator II

Main job duties would include data entry and staff administrative support.

Knowledge/Skills (May vary by position)Knowledge of general office principles and practices
Perform detailed data entry into our Enterprise Asset Managment system by assigning categories and codes to various asset data and maintaining them per a complex equipment hierarchy and federal regulations.
Knowledge of software applications relative to the position assignmentKnowledge of appropriate physical standards for computer work, including appropriate seating and arm and/or wrist positioning
Knowledge of basic accounting and mathematics
Knowledge of conflict resolution techniques
Knowledge of proper English grammar, usage and spelling
Knowledge of action tracking on specific work assignments or other items related to work position
Knowledge of the operation of standard office equipment that may include typewriter, personal computer, mainframe terminal, copier, fax machines and multi-line telephone

Location: Mostly remote but can come on site occassional team meeting in Seattle or Tukwila.

Duration: up to 5 to 6 months- occassionally come to  meet with team in Seattle or Tukwila.
Pay: $36.41 per hour
Must be vaccinated
