AP/ Collections Fiscal Specialist II

Responsibilities

  *   Maintain bookkeeping databases and spreadsheets, updating information as needed
  *   Follow up with customers on overdue accounts
  *   Research and implement effective collection techniques
  *   Communicate with customers to request payment and arrange payment plans
  *   Update client accounts based on payment or contact information
  *   Help resolve payment issues, assisting in setting up with payment plans
  *   Respond to customers account queries in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications

  *   Attentive, ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
  *   Customer service skills in person and via telephone (discretion, patience, etiquette, professionalism)
  *   Knowledge of general office principles and practices
  *   Knowledge of software applications relative to the position assignment
  *   Knowledge of appropriate physical standards for work involving computer use, including appropriate seating, arm and/or wrist usage
  *   Knowledge of accounting procedures and mathematics
  *   Knowledge of conflict resolution techniques
  *   Knowledge of proper English grammar, usage and spelling
  *   Knowledge of action tracking on specific work assignments or other work-related items
  *   Knowledge of specialized terminology in accounting
  *   Keyboarding skills (speed required may vary according to position assignment)
  *   Word processing and spreadsheets skills
  *   Oral and written communications skills, including skill in technical writing
  *   Skill in interpersonal and human relations
  *   Skill in-tact, diplomacy and persuasion
  *   Organizational and problem solving skills

Location Downtown Seattle (mostly remote assignment)
Duration: 2 to 3 monhts
Pay: $24.70 per hour
