Essential duties (i.e. 50% word processing, 30% calendaring; 20% assisting with press releases):
100% Customer service via web form response. Reviewing customer requests, investigating card activity, responding to customer in professional manner.
Minimum requirements (i.e. education, experience and/equivalency):
Experience in Account Management, financial, Call Center, Customer Service, ORCA helpful
Location: Working mostly remotely currently. Will be spending time both remote and in Seattle main offices. Must be able to do both.
Length of Assignment: up to 3-6 months
