The individual will need to have strong computer skills, especially in excel, powerpoint, word, office, presentations, etc.  

This may be a hybrid position, but currently requires 3 days per week in the office (subject to change and may require more or less days at the Director's discretion).

The tasks to be performed include:

  • Calendar support for Director and 2 Dep Directors

  • Coordination of Public Safety project meetings

  • Report draft development and refinement – both project and Divisional

    • Excel chart development and formula verification

  • Security Operations staff support

  • Records management coordination (documentation for archive, etc.)

  • Meeting planning and coordination (30+ attendees)

    • Scheduling

    • Securing location

    • Refreshment coordination as needed

    • Manage invites and attendance

    • Meeting minutes

  • Agency wide document drafting, review, editing, and formatting:

    • Division level reports

    • Drafting project report for dissemination across agency

    • Division SOP format review and update for finalization

    • Correspondence to outside agencies


Duration: 6 months
Rate: $32.84
