The individual will need to have strong computer skills, especially in excel, powerpoint, word, office, presentations, etc.
This may be a hybrid position, but currently requires 3 days per week in the office (subject to change and may require more or less days at the Director's discretion).
The tasks to be performed include:
Calendar support for Director and 2 Dep Directors
Coordination of Public Safety project meetings
Report draft development and refinement – both project and Divisional
Excel chart development and formula verification
Security Operations staff support
Records management coordination (documentation for archive, etc.)
Meeting planning and coordination (30+ attendees)
Scheduling
Securing location
Refreshment coordination as needed
Manage invites and attendance
Meeting minutes
Agency wide document drafting, review, editing, and formatting:
Division level reports
Drafting project report for dissemination across agency
Division SOP format review and update for finalization
Correspondence to outside agencies
