Senior Executive Assistant – Job Description
The Senior Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to senior executives, ensuring seamless daily operations in a fast-paced, high-demand environment. This role manages complex calendars, prioritizes competing requests, coordinates executive meetings and events, and serves as a key liaison between leadership and internal/external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and prioritize complex executive calendars and scheduling logistics
Coordinate high-volume meetings, prepare agendas and materials, and track action items
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Draft, proofread, and edit executive correspondence and reports
Anticipate needs, resolve scheduling conflicts, and adapt to last-minute changes
Support special projects, event planning, and cross-functional initiatives
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience supporting senior or executive-level leadership
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
This role requires exceptional judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to operate independently while maintaining executive alignment and confidentiality.
