Job Title: Project Coordinator
Department: Data Center / Server Admin
Report to: Server team manager
This position works with internal (Server/NOC, R&D, Sales departments) and external parties to organize the various components needed to initiate, run and conclude projects.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Monitors and reports status of data center related projects.
Communicates all project schedules.
Assists in coordinating project meetings: assigns locations and time as
well as notifies participants.
Serves as a liaison between Server Team, NOC (Network operation center) staff, and managers (including Sales and
Support managers as well as Sales Support Team) as well as any client Partners in Japan.
Facilitates at meetings and workshops as appropriate.
Creates, writes and coordinates professional, accurate and timely reports.
Coordinates and plans monthly Team meetings as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
There are no supervisory responsibilities.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from four year college or technical school; one to two years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals both in English and Japanese. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from employees, groups of managers, customers, vendors and the general public.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Pay: $17 to $19 per hour
