Project Coordinator for NOC Server Team

SUMMARY

This position is responsible for working with the server team to understand and manage project and timelines. This position will work as main liaison with R&D and Support departments, prioritize needs, and communicate with our partners. Fluent in Japanese and English

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Accountability on the projects/tasks of the team (Report to management about the status of planning/ongoing/complete projects/tasks. Report to customers too.

Make/improve any processes required for the team

Information sharing within the team (weekly mtg and/or any communication ways)

Head count plan/work-shift management.

Ticket and incident management

Fluent in Japanese and English

Knowledge about networking/internet protocols, OS Linux and Windows

Announcement internally and externally (bloguru and specific customers such as incident report)

Support the project coordinator for the projects/tasks coordination

Support OEM customer in Japanese

Any tasks as required ( Testing, Technical collaboration)

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Associate's Degree from a two-year college or university, or equivalent from a certified technical college; one to two years of professional project management experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Strong documentation and reporting skills

Can work with evolving requirements

Self-motivated, resourceful, can act independently

Experienced in the Microsoft Office suite of products (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Communicates effectively both through verbal and written communication

Understands the web application project lifecycle and is able to make recommendations on changes to processes and procedures as needed

Understand terms related to server and network

Location: Bellevue
Duration: 4 months (temp to permanent if all goes well)
Pay: $20 to $23 per hour
