The role of Senior Project Manager will serve as project manager in the development of our IT Service Management initiatives. This collection of projects will need to be managed within budget constraints, including oversight of scope, strategies, studies and technical evaluation. Acts as facilitator in development and on approaches to maturity areas such as process improvement, technical requirements gathering, strategic road mapping, project planning and coordination of interdependent efforts.
 

Qualifications and experience desired: ITIL 3 ITIL 4 Experience shepherding an organization through an IT Service Management improvement project 5+ years project management experience Excellent stakeholder management Vendor management
