Brief Job Description:
Provides general administrative support; compiles data for a variety of department reports; organizes and maintains records and files; prepares, publishes, and distributes reports and other publications; mail distribution; assists with planning department events; purchases supplies and maintains supply inventory; maintains office equipment and copy room.
Qualifications and experience desired:
Knowledge of general office procedures; Demonstrated skill in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Publisher; Ability to plan and prioritize daily work activities; knowledge of computers and associated equipment (printers, copiers, binding machines); Ability to type 50 wpm
Finish Contract Archiving project that includes updating our tracking file, scanning contracts and saving to new location. Also includes moving the old digital files over to the new location. Sometimes this role does filing for Payroll and someone with Receptionist experience to cover the front desk for breaks/lunch/or when one of the team cannot make it in for some reason (Training, Sick Day, Meeting Conflicts).
Projects and functions to be performed:
- Assist Finance Division with filing.
- Route, track & file contracts.
- Assist records manager with document retention.
- Special projects as assigned.
- Backup receptionist
Duration: 2 to 3 months
Hours per week: 40 hours per week
Pay: $17.40 per hour
